The D.lgs. n. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code on protection  personal data) and the most recent GDPR (effective from 25 May / 2018) provides for the protection of persons and other subjects  with respect to the processing of personal data. According to the law,  this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and  transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. We provide you with the following information:

     
  • 1. The data you provide will be processed exclusively in the context of those automated or paper treatments strictly necessary for the implementation of the site's activities.

1. Data Collection

The registration process requires a valid e-mail address and a keyword [also known as "password"]. Providing other personal information is your free choice. As in many other sites, our server can automatically save some information such as the IP address of your computer and use the technique of "cookies" [on which you will find more information a little lower].

This document indicates the privacy protection guidelines of all our users and the site management will make every effort to maintain and improve them. However, there may be factors beyond our control that could result in the release of data to third parties [for example, an IT attack that would still be reported in the manner and terms established by the GDPR]. The management and editing of the site implement all reasonable data protection and privacy protection policies, beyond which they can not in any way be held responsible for this kind of events.
